Vikki gave me well over an hour on this appointment and also followed up almost immediately with an extremely detailed email of what we had discussed, the plan of action etc, so it was really clear to me. 

 

Following an agreed short break, Vikki helped me to prepare for interviews for a few roles that I had so wanted, and we discussed offers that came in after our first appointment together.
