Box of Frogs Coaching supports individuals with employability and wellbeing through coaching and mentoring. Finding employment and the stress associated with it can be difficult for anyone. We aim to supply our clients with the skills needed in today's employment market.
We specialise in supporting neurodivergent people such as ADHDers, autistic, and anxious individuals, but that doesn’t mean we can’t support neurotypicals. We provide neurofriendly tools and ideas that can assist with all aspects of employability and will also focus on wellbeing requirements. We offer person-centred support for everyone.

About
My name is Vikki Amiss. I am neurodivergent and the lead coach and founder of Box of Frogs Coaching. I have been working in Employment for several decades. Owning a recruitment consultancy in the 90’s. Employed as a Human Resources Director in the 00’s. Running hospitality businesses and employing large teams of people throughout the 2010s and 2020s. I have worked on and established Employability Contracts for the DWP and set up Employability Programs for neurodivergent individuals.
I run Box of Frogs Coaching and I freelance for a neurodivergent recruitment consultancy called Diversita. Oh, and I volunteer as an Enterprise Adviser for the Devon, Plymouth, and Torbay Careers Hub, supporting local SEN school children in finding their feet in the employment world and helping them plan their future careers.
My aim with Box of Frogs is to offer a person-centered service with a framework that clients can take with them, use, reflect on, and grow with. I aim to instill confidence in those clients who find the employment market challenging and to guide them through the world of employability, ensuring that wellbeing is at the forefront of career plans.
